Glass Is Class Gen 2 complete assembly
Clear glass with selectable Amber and Purple light
Choose Amber or Purple LED light with the included Duo bulb. Each colour has its own feed and one power setting, while the included clear glass housing stays untinted. Amber/Purple names the bulb’s two LED colours, not two lens tints. One clear glass housing and one Amber/Purple bulb make up this assembly.

Amber and Purple from separate colour feeds
The included AlphaFit Duo bulb has one power setting for Amber and one for Purple. Ground and a separate feed for each LED colour control which colour lights; the Duo does not have separate dim and high brightness settings.
Plan the mounting location, rear clearance and colour-feed wiring for your vehicle before ordering. This custom assembly is not a verified year/make/model kit. Enamel pins, dielectric grease and a Universal Watermelon Light Bracket are optional add-ons; select only the items and quantities you need.
Product questions
Frequently asked questions
What does Amber/Purple mean on this Gen 2 light?
Amber/Purple identifies the two LED colors: amber primary and purple secondary.
Does this Gen 2 version have dim and high settings?
No. The included Duo bulb has one power setting for Amber and one for Purple; its two feeds select LED colour instead of separate dim and high brightness.
What happens if both color feeds receive power?
The three-wire arrangement provides ground and separate amber and purple color feeds. If both color feeds are powered, the purple secondary color takes priority. Follow the supplied lead identification; the color names here identify the LEDs, not the insulation colors.
What is included in this listing?
The base assembly includes one Glass Is Class Watermelon Light Clear Lens (glass housing) and one AlphaFit Duo LED Watermelon Light Bulb (Gen 2) | Amber/Purple. A vehicle mounting bracket, wiring harness and other optional add-ons are separate; check your selections and quantities before ordering.
Can I use this H11-style bulb in my vehicle headlights?
No. The H11-style base identifies the connection used by this Glass Is Class component. It does not establish an OEM headlight application, beam suitability or fit in a different manufacturer’s watermelon housing.
Will it fit my pickup or semi-truck?
This is a custom lighting component, not a verified year/make/model kit. Compare the mounting pattern, rear clearance, housing and electrical supply for your installation. Use the watermelon light bracket range to choose a suitable mount; a matching truck name alone does not confirm fit.
Can this Gen 2 component run on 24V?
The included AlphaFit Gen 2 Duo Amber/Purple bulb is specified for 12V and 24V operation. Check the voltage ratings of your vehicle wiring and any separately selected accessories for the full installation. Do not assume an older Glass Is Class or Duo bulb has the same rating; identify the exact part before replacing it.
Is this a certified replacement for required road lighting?
The current BTS specification identifies this line for show and off-road use and does not claim SAE/DOT compliance. Do not use lens color or brightness as proof that it meets a required road-lighting function.
What should I check when replacing an older bulb?
Identify the existing bulb and housing generation, then compare the base, clearance and lead identification. The BTS mounting and wiring guide explains what to check. Contact BTS with the part number and photographs if the original component cannot be identified.

Coverage and arrival damage
Warranty & Glass Lens Coverage
One-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects; glass breakage after delivery is excluded.
This product’s limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. Glass lenses and other glass components are not covered for chips, cracks, shattering, or other breakage after delivery, including breakage caused by overtightening screws or mounting hardware, improper installation, impact, rocks, road debris, accidents, misuse, or other external forces.
If glass arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, do not install or discard it. Glass received chipped, cracked, or broken must be reported before installation and is handled through the shipping-damage process, not as a product-warranty claim. Keep the product and all packaging, take clear photographs, and contact BTS Lighting promptly. See our Terms and Conditions.
