How do I check my points balance?
You can check your balance under your BTS Lighting account by logging in.
How do I redeem my BTS Bucks?
When you reach 200 points, you can redeem your BTS Bucks for $10 in store credit. Customers with more than 200 points can convert their available balance into store credit for a future order.
Do my BTS Bucks expire?
BTS Bucks expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Account inactivity is defined as having no purchases, no points earned and no points redeemed during that time. Once BTS Bucks have expired, they cannot be restored or reinstated.
How do I earn BTS Bucks?
Eligible purchases with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $25 or more earn BTS Bucks. The $25 minimum is calculated after discounts. Taxes, shipping and additional fees do not earn points.

Which orders do not earn BTS Bucks?
Orders paid entirely with store credit, or reduced below the $25 qualifying subtotal after discounts, do not earn BTS Bucks. Points associated with cancelled, failed or refunded orders may be revoked.
Taxes, shipping and additional fees do not earn BTS Bucks.
Do I earn BTS Bucks if I use guest checkout?
Customers who make purchases with guest checkout will not be eligible to earn or redeem BTS Bucks. You will need to register for a BTS Lighting account to enrolled in the cash back program.
