Cab Lights, Truck Roof Lights, Cab Marker Lights & Clearance Lights
Choose semi truck cab lights around the job you need them to do: replace an original roof light, refresh an existing row with LED cab lights, or plan a custom roof-light installation. Start with fitment and mounting, then choose the lens, LED color and housing style. Torpedo cab lights, bullet-style housings and watermelon cab lights offer different looks, but similar shapes do not guarantee matching bases or wiring.
Watermelon cab lights and custom builds
For a custom watermelon setup, start with our own Alpha Series Glass Is Class Gen 2 range and compare the configuration with your mounting plan. Keep a complete cab-light assembly, a light insert, a glass lens and a mounting base separate on your parts list: buying one does not mean the others are included or interchangeable. Check the mounting and wiring guide before choosing parts for an existing housing.
Peterbilt and Kenworth cab lights
When choosing Peterbilt 379 or 389 cab lights, compare the current housing, roof mounting pattern, gasket and connector with the individual listing. Use the same approach for Kenworth W900 and T800 cab lights; the make name or a torpedo-style appearance alone is not a fitment match.
For a specific shared application, United Pacific 36142 covers 2013–2021 Kenworth T680 and 2012–2021 Peterbilt 579. Its blue secondary function has a separate connection and is for auxiliary use only. For other lighting positions, browse Peterbilt headlights or Kenworth headlights.
Freightliner Cascadia cab marker lights
For a 2008–2017 Cascadia, compare 37555 clear-lens and 37554 amber-lens cab lights. Both use amber LEDs and a two-lead 12V connection. Match the original lamp and OE references A66-08222-000 or A06-51912-002, then confirm the mounting and wiring. These lights are supplied individually, so count the roof positions you intend to replace.
Clear, amber and tinted cab-light lenses
The lens controls the light's unlit appearance; the LED specification tells you the emitted color. Match both when replacing one lamp in an existing row. For dual-color products, also check the primary and auxiliary functions, how each is switched and whether activating one overrides the other. Confirm the specific light's intended use and rating for its mounting position.
Truck roof-light installation checklist
- Truck and mounting: confirm model, year, original light style, roof contour, hole spacing and gasket shape.
- Electrical connection: match voltage, connector or hardwired leads, polarity and any separate auxiliary circuit.
- Contents: check whether the listing supplies one light, a complete housing or a multi-light kit, plus any included gasket and hardware.
- Sealing: follow the product instructions for the roof surface, gasket, fasteners and sealing method.
- Custom installations: confirm the fit before drilling or combining a light insert with another manufacturer's housing.
Pickup cab lights and other exterior lighting
For a Ford, Ram, Chevy or GMC pickup, use the exact product application and installation notes, including whether the truck already has factory roof lights.
