Freightliner Cascadia bulb sizes — 2008–2026
BTS confirms H11 low beam, H11 high beam and H11 fog bulbs, plus 3157 amber front-signal LEDs, on the original bulb-type Cascadia equipment from 2008–2026. Our current Alpha, Morimoto and GTR options fit. Factory LED headlights and fog lamps are excluded from these bulb replacements.
H11 low, high and fog bulbs
Alpha Series H11 · Morimoto 2Stroke 4.0 H11 pair · GTR Ultra 3.0 H11 pair. Use one pair for each separate position: two low-beam bulbs, two high-beam bulbs and, where fitted, two fog bulbs. Morimoto and GTR are sold as pairs; check the selected Alpha package contents.

3157 amber front signals — one pair

Original Freightliner references and replacement-housing differences
Freightliner original-lamp references
Freightliner’s manual retains the original codes below. Its turn/marker entry is 3457 (GE 3457); BTS’s confirmed 3157 LED replacement above is separate product-fit evidence. The factory manual does not supply the 2008–2026 year range or the pair quantities; those are the BTS installation confirmations.

The manual lists GE 1157 / GE 1156 together for the rear stop/tail/backup group, without assigning each to an individual function. GE 2058U is the separate incandescent fender turn lamp. Its table does not provide a model-year range or vehicle quantities; the 2008–2026 pair counts above come from BTS’s installation confirmation.
Replacement housings retain their own specifications. The named United Pacific 31320 OE-style housing uses H11/H11 with a 4157 signal; the 31226/31227/31228/31229 projector family uses H7/H1 with a 3157NAK signal. The BTS original-housing confirmation does not rewrite these assembly-specific codes.

Freightliner Century bulb sizes and replacement headlights
Identify the headlight assembly before choosing Century bulbs. Round replacement modules and one-piece projector assemblies can require different parts. The following specifications apply to the identified United Pacific housings.

For 31203–31206, keep the unused factory headlight wiring harness as United Pacific instructs. Driver and passenger assemblies are separate part numbers. The 31140 LED headlight does not establish a removable bulb size for the original Century lamp.
H7 options for the identified projector housing
Compare Alpha, GTR Lighting and Morimoto for a housing that accepts the selected LED bulb. Follow the bulb maker’s installation instructions and check the holder, connector and cooling clearance.

The Alpha H7 listing currently shows backorder with an unknown ETA.
9005-family high-beam options
United Pacific’s raw specification for 31203–31206 is 9005xs. Confirm the selected LED’s base, connector and clearance in that housing.
Check the original headlight, fog lights and front/rear signal or marker lamps separately. A 3157 signal bulb is not established for every Century by the model name.

Freightliner Classic headlights: identify the installed 4×6 lamp
For a Classic with 4×6 sealed-beam headlights, match the code on the installed lamp. Keep a high/low-beam lamp separate from a high-beam-only lamp when choosing a replacement.

Compare 4×6 headlight replacements
The Holley options below are for the matching installed lamp marking and mounting arrangement. Holley requires checking the actual low-beam, high-beam and ground circuits; an adapter or connector re-pinning may be needed.
United Pacific’s dual 4×6 LED assemblies 31154–31157 and 35823–35826 separately list fender-mounted Freightliner Classic applications. Their position and turn functions require additional wiring. Those are complete LED assemblies, not proof that every original Classic uses one removable bulb type.
If your Classic has replaceable-bulb conversion housings, use that housing’s specified bulb. Do not choose 9003/H4 or 3157 solely from the Classic model name. Check fog lights, front/rear signals, markers and reverse lights by their own lamp or bulb markings.

Freightliner Columbia bulb sizes
For 2005–2017 Columbia, Philips lists the original-lamp references below. Replacement projector housings can use different bulbs, so check the assembly fitted to the truck.

The catalog keeps the XS suffix on these original-bulb references. The LED options below are sold in the corresponding 9006 and 9005 families; match the selected product to the installed housing and connector.

The H7/H1 housings have LED position bars that require wiring. On the amber dual-function versions, the bar’s high function can also be wired as a turn signal. The separate 3157 bulb remains its own component.
Complete Columbia projection headlight sets
These exact United Pacific 31346 and 31326 listings are pairs of headlight assemblies for the manufacturer’s 2001–2020 Columbia application. They use replaceable 9007 headlight bulbs and 1157 amber turn bulbs; they are not the H7/H1 housings in the row above.
United Pacific 35845/35846, 35851/35852, 31090/31091 and 31092/31093 are separate LED headlamp designs. Use their assembly specification instead of ordering the removable bulbs listed for other housings.
Fog, side-marker, reverse and other signal positions need their own lamp identification.

Freightliner Coronado Bulb Size Chart
Match the installed headlamp configuration. Philips lists different bulbs for the 2012 Coronado and the 2013–2018 two- and four-headlamp configurations; replacement assemblies can have their own specifications.

Four-headlamp trucks: keep the XS suffix when identifying 9006XS low beams and 9005XS high beams. Check the marked base, connector and housing clearance before selecting a replacement. The standard 9006/9005 LED products are not matched to these XS rows in this guide.
Other exterior lamps: 1157 is the catalog’s stop-lamp reference, not a front-signal code. Check front turn, parking, separate markers, rear turn/tail/backup and fog lamps by the installed lamp and bulb marking.
Replacement housings: United Pacific 31284/31285 crystal lamps specify 9007, but that specification does not establish their Coronado year coverage. Pacesetter’s 2008–2012 Coronado kits are complete LED headlamp retrofits; their H4 connector does not prove an original H4 bulb.

9008 / H13 LED options for a matching bulb-type headlamp
Philips lists 9008 for the 2012 Coronado. If your installed headlamp takes that bulb, compare these Alpha, Morimoto and GTR options in the 9008/H13 family. Confirm the bulb marking, retainer, connector and cooling space in your actual housing before ordering.
9003 / H4 LED options for a matching two-headlamp configuration
Philips lists 9003 for 2013–2018 Coronado trucks with two headlamps. These Alpha, Morimoto and GTR products are in the 9003/H4 family. Match the installed bulb and housing before ordering; this selection does not apply to the four-headlamp 9006XS/9005XS configuration.
A product’s bulb family does not establish a tested installation in every Coronado. Verify the required bulb count on the truck and the contents of the selected package.
Freightliner M2 bulb sizes by catalog model
Check whether the truck is listed as Business Class M2, M2 100, M2 106 or M2 112. Philips publishes different rows for these models; they should not be combined into one universal M2 bulb chart.

9005-family high-beam options
These two shopping groups address the corresponding 9006/9005 housing families, not the M2 100 entries above. Follow the selected bulb’s installation instructions and stated intended use.
United Pacific 35729/35730 and 35731/35732 are separate LED headlamp assemblies with LED turn and position lights. Their catalog says 2002+; identify the exact assembly and its application before choosing parts. They do not use the replaceable headlight bulbs from the chart.
Check fog lights, front/rear signals, side markers and reverse lights independently. Freightliner’s M2 manual notes that several headlight assembly options exist.

The Alpha PWM module shown below uses an H11 connector and is rated for 9–16V DC. Consider it only for a matching connector and a circuit issue that the product addresses. It is an optional accessory; it is not a universal fix for every Freightliner headlight or software setting.
Freightliner bulb fitment varies by model year, factory lighting package, headlight assembly, fog-light assembly, and previous owner modifications. This guide covers common OEM-style and replacement headlight families, but factory LED headlights, HID systems, aftermarket projector headlights, sealed-beam conversions, custom marker lights, and bumper fog lights may require different bulbs or complete assemblies. Always confirm the bulb number printed on the original lamp, the assembly part number, or the VIN before ordering.

This is the best way to avoid ordering the wrong Freightliner headlight bulb, fog light bulb, signal bulb, or marker light.
Some Freightliner LED headlights do not use standard replacement bulbs. Factory LED and aftermarket LED headlight assemblies may use integrated LEDs, replaceable modules, or complete assembly replacement.
If your Freightliner has LED headlights, do not order halogen bulbs unless the assembly specifically uses a replaceable halogen bulb for that position.
Your Freightliner bulb size depends on the model, year, headlight assembly, and lighting package. Freightliner trucks may use halogen bulbs, sealed-beam headlights, HID lights, LED modules, or aftermarket headlight assemblies.
Always confirm the bulb number printed on the original bulb or check the headlight, fog light, or signal light assembly before ordering. Freightliner Cascadia, Century, Classic, Columbia, Coronado, and M2 trucks do not all use the same bulbs.
