Power Harnesses
Choose the output count and connector that match your pods or light bar. Verify voltage, load capacity and the required switch or high-beam trigger.
Find wiring harnesses, switch panels, extensions and adapters for compatible off-road lighting. Compare single- and multi-light connections from Diode Dynamics, Morimoto, Noxsolis and Alpha Series.
Match your light’s connector, voltage and power requirements before choosing a harness. This collection also includes SS3 mounting kits; check each listing for the exact lights, wiring and hardware included.
Choose the output count and connector that match your pods or light bar. Verify voltage, load capacity and the required switch or high-beam trigger.
Measure the cable route and match both connector ends. Check pin functions and backlight wiring; extra length does not add circuit capacity.
Compare accessory switch panels and SS3 mounting kits. Confirm circuit requirements, mounting type and included parts for your installation.
Start with the exact light model, connector family, pin count and operating voltage. Then check the number of outputs, total lighting load, cable reach and switch or trigger requirements against the harness manufacturer’s specifications.
Do not assume they are interchangeable because the pin count matches. Match the exact connector family, size, mating ends and wiring arrangement. The Noxsolis NX215 uses DT-P connections, while DD4098 is a DT four-pin extension.
Check every component separately. The Noxsolis NX215 listing supports 12V and 24V systems, while the DD4098 extension specifies 9–16V. A controller that supports 24V does not convert the supply voltage for a 12V accessory.
A power harness provides the specified power and control connections for a lighting setup. An extension adds cable length between compatible connections. DD4098 adds one metre of DT four-pin reach; it does not increase circuit capacity or replace the required power harness.
The DD4123 product description specifies a DT-P output for the Ultra-Heavy-Duty SS5 Splitter Harness, rather than a direct connection to individual Diode Dynamics LED products. Check the complete CrossLink or Stage Series configuration and required splitter before ordering.
A switch panel controls compatible accessory circuits. The Alpha Six Switch has a six-output relay box and a handheld RF remote, but the box still requires wired power, ground and accessory connections. Check channel loads and the complete supply requirements; the panel is not a voltage converter.
Included parts vary by kit. A bracket or mounting-kit listing is not proof that lamps, a power harness or every adapter are included. Match the exact SS3 mounting type to your application and review the listing’s included components.
Follow the exact product’s wiring diagram and installation instructions. Confirm the supply voltage, circuit load, fusing, ground, cable route and connector sealing. Allow adequate cable reach without assuming that added extensions increase capacity. Ask for installation help if the required wiring or compatibility is unclear.
