Questions about United Pacific 36143
Which trucks and years are listed for Double Fury 36143?
The listed applications are 2013–2021 Kenworth T680 and 2012–2021 Peterbilt 579. Match the original cab/fender-light shape, mounting and connector, especially on trucks with altered lighting.
What colours does part 36143 produce?
It has amber primary output and green secondary output behind a clear lens. Powering the secondary circuit overrides the amber primary output; it does not add both colours together.
How do I connect the green secondary light?
The light has an additional yellow wire lead with a male bullet plug for the secondary circuit. The primary connection uses an OE-style plug. Check the truck's circuit and the supplied instructions before connecting the auxiliary lead.
Can the green secondary light replace the required amber cab light?
United Pacific specifies the secondary colour for auxiliary use only. It overrides the primary colour when on, so retain the required amber lighting function and use the auxiliary output only where appropriate.
Is this a single cab light or a complete set?
The package contains one light with its OE-style plug and yellow auxiliary lead. Order the quantity required for the individual positions you are replacing.
What voltage and water-resistance rating does 36143 have?
It is designed for 12V DC and carries an IP67 water-resistance rating. The electronics are sealed; protect the vehicle-side connections and confirm the wiring before completing installation.
