Installation notes
Inspect the old bushings and bracket before disassembly. Match the replacement male/female pieces to the original arrangement, and confirm the correct hardware and installation procedure. Frequently Asked Questions
How many bushings are in the 21352 package?
United Pacific lists four pieces per package. Confirm the male/female arrangement and number needed for your particular mount before ordering.
Are these bushings rubber or polyurethane?
Part 21352 is made from polyurethane. It is a separate product from the rubber gaskets used with some Peterbilt exhaust brackets.
What do these exhaust bushings do?
The manufacturer describes them as helping absorb vibration and dampen noise in the matching exhaust bracket arrangement. They do not repair a cracked bracket or loose mounting hardware.
Does the set include a complete exhaust bracket?
No. The package contains bushing pieces. The bracket, clamp, bolts and other mounting hardware are separate.
Will a four-pack service four complete mounts?
Do not assume that from the package count. The design uses male and female pieces; compare the actual mount and required arrangement to determine the number of packages needed.
