Before submitting a warranty claim: Product warranties cover manufacturing defects only. Glass lens chips, cracks, shattering, and other breakage after delivery are not covered. Glass damaged on arrival must be reported before installation through our shipping-damage process. Keep the product and all packaging and take clear photographs.
