Questions about 37X12.50R20LT
What does 37X12.50R20LT mean on this Falken tire?
It identifies a nominal 37-inch tire diameter, 12.50-inch width and 20-inch wheel diameter. R means radial construction and LT identifies a light-truck size. The 12.50-inch size width is not a measured clearance specification.
What wheel width is specified for the 37X12.50R20LT A/T4W?
The specified rim-width range is 8.5–11 inches, with a 20-inch wheel diameter. Check the wheel’s approved tire sizes and load capacity as well as the vehicle’s clearance.
Does its 10-ply rating mean ten physical layers?
No. This size has load range E, expressed as a 10-ply rating. That is a strength classification; it does not state the tire’s actual number of casing plies.
Will this 37-inch tire fit any pickup with 20-inch wheels?
A matching wheel diameter does not confirm vehicle fit. The wheel width, vehicle clearance, recommended tire size, load requirement and speed requirement must also be checked. This listing does not identify an OEM vehicle application.
