Install FORM bed lights on your 2020–2023 Tacoma
Replace the lamps in the existing bed-light locations using the factory connections. This is not an add-a-light wiring procedure for trucks without original bed lamps. The photograph below identifies the replacement product.
Before you start
Confirm the correct lamp part number and original equipment. Work with the vehicle parked securely and the lamps off during removal. Keep removed clips and screws together.

Identify the replacement pair
1. Ease out the original lamp
Use a plastic trim tool to work one side of the original lamp out of its opening, then carefully remove the housing far enough to reach the harness.
2. Disconnect the harness
Release the original connector from the back of the lamp. Support the housing and pull at the connector rather than the wires.
3. Connect and test FL0054
Connect the factory harness to the replacement lamp in the same arrangement as the original. Test the light before seating it in the bed.
4. Refit and repeat
Refit the lamp by reversing the removal sequence. Check that the retaining points are seated, then replace and test the lamp on the other side.
Finish with an operation check
Check both lamps before discarding the original parts. If the connector, retention points or operation differ from the supplied instructions, stop and contact BTS with a photo of the original assembly.
