Fitment and mounting
For the matching Peterbilt rear air-cleaner mounting arrangement. Compare the air-cleaner housing, straps, bracket attachment points and rear clearance before ordering. A truck make or model alone does not establish the correct bracket fit, especially if the air cleaners or straps have been changed.
What’s included
Two 31467 stainless steel brackets with 16 total light positions. Lights, wiring, connectors and lamp-mounting accessories are separate. Confirm the bracket fasteners required for the actual air-cleaner setup.
Installation notes
Compare the bare brackets with the existing air-cleaner mounting points before installing lamps. Check strap clearance and access for the chosen lights, bezels or grommets, and confirm the required fasteners. Plan wiring, connectors and circuit protection for the lights separately; route the wiring clear of sharp edges and moving or hot parts. Check any flange on the air cleaner for interference with the rear bracket and lamps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the lights included with these brackets?
No. Part 31467 supplies two bare stainless steel brackets. Lights, wiring, connectors and the selected lamps’ bezels or grommets are separate.
Is the 16-light count for one bracket or the pair?
The 16-position count is for both brackets together. Each bracket has 8 light cutouts. Filling every position on the pair requires 16 compatible lights, purchased separately.
What size or style of light opening does this bracket use?
Each opening is listed as a 2-inch light cutout. Compare the selected lamp’s required mounting hole, grommet or bezel and rear clearance before assembling it. The light’s nominal size alone does not prove the complete mounting arrangement will fit.
Does this bracket mount at the front or rear of the air cleaner?
Part 31467 is the rear air-cleaner bracket for the matching Peterbilt mounting arrangement. Compare the attachment points and clearance before ordering; front and rear bracket designs are separate.
Will these brackets fit every air cleaner on the named truck make?
No. Compare the actual air-cleaner housing, straps, attachment points and clearance. Custom housings or changed brackets can alter the fit. Confirm the bracket and selected lamp combination before ordering.
