Tacoma H128 OEM LED Headlight Connector Guide
Use all three original Morimoto photographs to check the orientation of the H128 conversion-harness connections.

H128 is for the supported 2016–2023 Tacoma with original LED daytime running lights when fitting genuine Toyota full-LED headlights. It is not the LF530H-2 adapter for Morimoto XB headlights. Confirm the actual original equipment and replacement Toyota part numbers before connecting the harness.
Keep lighting power off while matching and joining connectors. The manufacturer warns that an incorrect orientation can blow a fuse or prevent the headlights from working. If the connector keys or wire positions do not match the photographs, stop rather than force the connection.

Test before final reassembly
After confirming the connections, test low beam, high beam, daytime running lights and turn signals. Confirm the lamps behave correctly before securing the harness and closing the vehicle trim. Use the Toyota headlight installation procedure for removal, mounting and aiming; the H128 sheet covers connector orientation only.
