An illuminated rear headlight-housing cover for the 2008–2023 Peterbilt 389, with 19 amber LEDs behind a clear lens. Choose the driver or passenger side; one cover is supplied.
Rear cover replacement
Replaces the corresponding original rear housing cover. This is not a complete headlight or a low/high-beam upgrade.
Amber lighting
A clear polycarbonate lens and chrome-plated plastic cover. Both lens options emit amber light.

For the 2008–2023 Peterbilt 389 original rear headlight-housing cover. Compare the cover, mounting points and required side before ordering. Compatibility with an aftermarket headlight housing must be checked separately.

Before you order
Is this a complete headlight?
No. It is the illuminated cover for the rear of the housing, not the forward-facing low/high-beam assembly.
Is it plug-and-play?
The manufacturer specifies three hardwired leads. Match the truck’s wiring and the original cover installation.
Are both sides included?
No. Select and purchase driver and passenger covers separately.
