Overview
See Further. Go Faster.
The SS20 LED Light Bar takes lighting performance to the next level with cutting-edge optics, upgraded output, and refined control options. Whether on-road or off, the SS20 delivers clarity, distance, and intensity unlike any other light bar on the market.
Unlike traditional reflectors, TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics focus and direct nearly 100% of each LED’s light exactly where it’s needed — eliminating wasted output and reducing glare. Enhanced thermal management with copper circuit boards, optimized heatsinks, and premium materials ensures long-term reliability and peak performance under all conditions.
Beam Pattern Options
Each pattern has been meticulously engineered for maximum clarity and performance in real-world applications:
-
Combo/Driving (60°x30°): A balanced beam that blends reach and width into one — ideal for all-purpose use. Provides long-range visibility while maintaining broad foreground illumination.
-
SAE Driving (20°x12°): Designed to supplement high beams, offering extended reach without a tight spot pattern. SAE-compliant when installed in pairs.
-
Flood (100°x80°): Provides smooth, even illumination for close-range work areas, campsites, or reversing.
-
Spot (8°x8°): A focused long-distance beam for high-speed driving, desert racing, or rally use.
Each beam pattern is optically optimized — no harsh hot spots or uneven lighting, just clear and consistent performance.
Fully Illuminated Backlight
Every SS20 Light Bar includes a fully illuminated backlight that gives the entire optic a unique glow.
-
SmartSelect models: Feature a selectable multicolor backlight (8 colors) and a dynamic startup sequence that plays every time you power it on.
-
Includes a dedicated amber LED chip for perfect color accuracy.
-
No external controller needed — simply toggle the power to cycle through colors.
-
-
Standard models: Feature a steady amber backlight with no animation — perfect for forward visibility or a clean, professional look.
