Overview

Perfect Fitment. The Grille CrossLink Lightbar Kit for the 2017-2020 Ford Raptor allows you to mount six linked SS5 LED pods across the grille using application-specific brackets. These brackets are CAD-designed to bolt directly into factory mounting points—no cutting or drilling required!

Designed for Performance. With the highest output intensity of any 5-inch LED pod on the market, the SS5 delivers maximum functionality. Featuring patented technology, custom-engineered TIR optics, and rugged construction, this kit is built for serious performance.

Selectable Backlight. The White kit includes SS5 pods with a selectable backlight offering eight color options. Simply alternate power on and off to change colors—no controller required. The backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic, creating a unique, modern accent light. (Note: Yellow kit is only available with Amber backlight due to lens color.)

CrossLink Technology. Our patent-pending CrossLink system links all six SS5s into a single lightbar using one-piece CNC aluminum links. This ensures extreme rigidity and full adjustability without needing special versions of the pods. This kit comes pre-configured for a curved setup.

OEM Aux Switch Control. The included harness connects to your factory-installed aux switch bank for seamless control. Two switches are used: one for the main beam and one for the backlight. If your vehicle lacks an aux switch bank, a toggle switch adapter is included.

Functional Output. Stage Series beam patterns are designed with advanced optical simulation for highly efficient, functional output.

• Combo Pattern: Combines Driving and Flood optics. The driving beam punches light downrange in a 30×20 pattern, while the flood optic widens coverage into a full 70×30 degree spread—ideal for all-around visibility.

Color Options. Available in:

• White (6000K): A true cool white output that matches most factory LED lighting

• Yellow (3000K): A selective yellow for better visibility in poor weather or a distinctive style

Interchangeable Lenses. Need to change beam pattern or color? Replacement lenses allow you to swap optics and colors anytime.

Sport or Pro Options.

• Sport: Nine high-intensity LEDs, 40W total power

• Pro: Double the output at 90W total power for maximum brightness

Snap-On Covers. Available in multiple colors to meet state requirements and keep your SS5 pods protected from dust, dirt, and debris.
