The Morimoto LF704 XB Hybrid headlight pair provides LED low/high beams and white daytime running lights while reusing the truck’s original turn-signal bulbs. It is listed for 2019–2024 Ram 2500/3500 with OEM halogen reflector headlights; OEM projector LED headlights are excluded.
Fitment and original equipment
- Ram 2500 and 3500 HD: 2019–2024 with OEM halogen reflector headlights and the original bulb-based turn signals.
- Not compatible with OEM projector LED headlights. The Hybrid application depends on retaining the original halogen/incandescent turn-signal bulbs.
- Left-hand-drive beam pattern. These housings were designed and tested on US-spec vehicles; confirm Canadian and other-market headlight, connector and DRL equipment.

Product questions and answers
Which factory headlights does LF704 replace?
The application is 2019–2024 Ram 2500/3500 with OEM halogen reflector headlights. Morimoto excludes OEM projector LED headlights and specifies the original bulb-based turn signals for the Hybrid installation.
Are the turn-signal bulbs included?
No. The kit reuses the truck’s original halogen/incandescent turn-signal bulbs. Inspect the bulbs and sockets before moving them into the new housings.
Does Hybrid mean the low or high beam still uses a halogen bulb?
No. The low beam, high beam and white DRL use LEDs. The retained halogen/incandescent bulbs operate the turn signals; Hybrid describes that combination of lighting technologies.
Does 3,000 lumens refer to one headlight or the pair?
Morimoto specifies 3,000 raw lumens for each headlight. Raw lumen output is not a road illuminance measurement and does not establish how much light will reach a particular point after installation.
What wiring is supplied with the pair?
The listed package includes the plug-and-play harness, fuse tap and DRL modules. Those components do not replace the need for the correct factory headlight package or the original turn-signal bulbs.
Does LF704 include the same features as LF701 XB LED?
LF704 uses dedicated LED low- and high-beam projectors with the original turn-signal bulbs. LF701 is the separate triple Bi-LED model with integrated selectable turn signals. Their factory-lighting and adapter requirements also differ, so choose by exact part number and application.
What should Canadian owners confirm before fitting LF704?
Check the original halogen reflector headlights, turn-signal sockets and DRL control. Morimoto’s stated testing is for US-spec vehicles, so confirm the actual Canadian equipment before ordering and check beam aim after installation.
