A New Spin on the Classic “Watermelon” Light
Love the look of old-school watermelon beacons? The Alpha 360™ Emergency Watermelon Light takes that vintage vibe and turns it into something totally new. Same glass lens starburst magic, but now with three selectable modes that keep you in control of the show. It’s built to be the star of your rig — not another generic beacon in the crowd.
This is the perfect light for show trucks, pickups, parade rigs, and custom builds. Whether you’re parked in the spotlight or lighting up a meet, the Alpha 360 is here to make sure all eyes are on you. For off-road and display use only — not for street use where prohibited.
Three Modes, Endless Show Possibilities
-
Steady Burn: A solid, glowing light for a constant, clean look.
-
Rotating Simulation: LEDs fire in sequence to create that classic spin without any moving parts.
-
Strobe Flash: Rapid “hyper-flash” that mimics a strobe for high-energy display moments.
Each mode has its own dedicated power wire plus a shared ground. And with built-in logic, if two modes get power at once, the light picks the most eye-catching one automatically (strobe beats spin, spin beats steady).
Built to Turn Heads, Built to Last
-
Premium Glass Lens: Real “watermelon” glass with faceted design for a crisp star pattern.
-
Sealed Construction: Fully enclosed electronics, weather-resistant build.
-
Low Draw, High Impact: About 12W total — efficient enough to run at a show all night.
-
Multi-Voltage: Works with both 12V and 24V setups.

Compare White with the other single-colour and Duo Alpha 360 watermelon lights. The optional Alpha Six Switch provides accessory switching for nominal 12V or 24V installations; wire and protect the light’s separate mode circuits to the light and panel instructions. Review the watermelon light mounting and wiring guide before choosing the mount and wiring route.
Compare watermelon-light brackets against this light’s two-bolt flange, fastener requirements and installation clearance. The collection includes different mounting designs; confirm the exact bracket and light combination before ordering.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a white beacon or a two-color Duo light?
This is the single-color white Alpha 360 beacon, SKU Alpha-360-W. Its three modes change the lighting pattern; they do not select a second LED color.
Does the rotating mode use a spinning motor?
No. The rotating effect is an LED sequence that simulates rotation without a moving reflector. The other two selectable modes are steady burn and strobe.
How are the three Alpha 360 modes selected?
The listed four-wire arrangement has a shared ground and one power lead for each mode. The documented priority is strobe over rotating, then rotating over steady. Follow the supplied wire identification; these mode names are not wire insulation colors.
Can this Alpha 360 beacon run on a 24V truck?
The listed supply compatibility is 12V and 24V DC, with approximately 12W total draw. Check the exact product before replacement; a voltage rating from another Glass Is Class bulb is not a substitute for this beacon’s specification.
Is this beacon supplied as a vehicle-specific mounting kit?
No. The listed mounting is a two-bolt flange with M4 × 8mm hardware specification. Compare the bracket pattern, clearance and wiring for your installation. The product is identified for off-road and display use; the Emergency name does not establish road-use certification or vehicle fitment.
