Overview

See Further. Go Faster.
The SS20 Yellow LED Light Bar redefines performance lighting with advanced optical technology, refined thermal management, and enhanced durability. With industry-leading light output and precision control, this bar is engineered to outperform in any environment — from off-road trails to foggy highways.

Unlike conventional reflectors, TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optics capture and direct nearly all light output exactly where you need it — minimizing glare and eliminating wasted light. Each light bar is equipped with copper circuit boards, high-efficiency heat sinks, and thermal transfer materials to ensure consistent performance under demanding conditions.

Beam Pattern Options

Tailored for every driving need, each beam pattern provides optimal clarity, range, and spread:

• Combo/Driving (60°x30°): Perfect balance of reach and width for all-around performance. Ideal for on-road and off-road driving.

• SAE Driving (20°x12°): Optimized for long-range visibility without harsh hotspots. SAE J581 compliant when installed in pairs.

• Flood (100°x80°): Smooth, even illumination for close-range lighting — perfect for reversing, work areas, or campsites.

• Spot (8°x8°): Highly focused beam for precision and long-distance visibility — perfect for high-speed or open terrain driving.

Each optic is engineered for true performance lighting, not just brightness — delivering usable light where you need it most.

Fully Illuminated Amber Backlight

Every SS20 Yellow Light Bar includes a fully illuminated amber backlight that lights up the entire optic for a striking and professional look.

• Provides added forward visibility and safety when parked or idling.

• Clean, vibrant amber hue matches Diode Dynamics’ smaller LED pods for a unified lighting setup.

Choose Your Power Level

• Sport: Excellent output and value for daily or recreational use.

• Pro: Enhanced LED emitters for increased brightness and longer throw distance.

Both models utilize automotive-grade LEDs and optimized TIR optics for superior output, focus, and beam control.

Swappable Optics & Lenses

Customize your light bar for any condition — swap between beam patterns or lens colors easily.

• Uses 6000K Cool White LEDs for consistent color tone across setups.

• Lens swaps are simple and secure — no performance loss or color mismatch.

• Pair with snap-on lens covers available in clear, smoked, amber, black, or yellow for added protection and customization.

CrossLink Compatibility

Expand your setup with CrossLink™ technology, allowing you to link multiple SS20 bars together to create curved, stacked, or multi-bar configurations. Perfect for advanced custom builds and unique light layouts.

Proven Reliability

The SS20 undergoes rigorous SAE-standard testing for performance and durability:

• Operating temperature: -40°F to 185°F

• Corrosion and moisture resistance

• Shock and vibration testing for real-world endurance

Built to withstand the toughest conditions, this bar delivers proven performance trusted by professional drivers and off-road enthusiasts worldwide.
