Morimoto XB license-plate assemblies replace the complete original lamps with white LED lighting behind smoked lenses. Each selection supplies a pair. For a 2021–2023 F-150, choose the 2015–2023 F-150 / LF7914 pair.
Choose by truck, not by a similar-looking housing.

2015–2023 F-150. Not compatible with 2024 and newer F-150.

The existing 2017–2020 Super Duty selection is retained for those trucks. It is a different housing from the F-150 pair.

The existing 1999–2016 Super Duty selection uses the rounder housing. Do not select it for a 2021–2023 F-150.

“Smoked” describes the lens, not the emitted light. The lamps use white LEDs and a UV-treated polycarbonate lens. Replacing the entire assembly also replaces the old lens and housing rather than only changing the bulb inside them.
Check the housing and connector before installation.
LF7914 uses the factory connection and mounting location. Compare both new assemblies with the original lamps before removing or fitting parts. Test both plate lights before completing reassembly.
