How do I choose between FL0101 and FL0111?
For a 2022–2026 Tundra, FL0101 is the package for factory reflector headlights; FL0111 is for factory projector headlights. Match the physical original lamp style, rather than guessing from a trim badge.
Can I change the daytime running light colour?
Yes. FORM specifies selectable white or amber DRLs. The turn signals can also be set to sequential or static operation.
Is the price for one headlight or a pair?
The FL0111 package is a pair: one left and one right headlight assembly.
Does October 23 mean my order will arrive that day?
No. October 23 is the supplier’s expected shipping target for initial orders, subject to allocation and confirmation. It is not a delivery promise or proof that a particular order is allocated. Canadian import and delivery timing are separate and unconfirmed.

Manufacturer warranty
FORM lists a two-year limited warranty for defects or functional failures. Coverage is non-transferable and requires an approved RMA. Installation labor, normal condensation and normal wear are excluded. Customers pay required return freight; international customers also pay replacement freight.
