Diode Dynamics Elite Series Type MR Fog Lamps (Pair)
Upgrade your vehicle’s factory fog lights with the Diode Dynamics Elite Series Type MR Fog Lamps. Designed from the ground up for true performance, these OE-style fog lights deliver dramatically improved visibility, an ultra-wide beam pattern, and a distinctive integrated amber backlight — all with plug-and-play installation.
A Performance Fog Light Built from the Ground Up
Most aftermarket fog lights simply replace a halogen bulb with an LED inside the same inefficient optics. The Elite Series Type MR Fog Lamps were engineered completely differently.
Using advanced optical simulation and a patent-pending toroidal lens design, these fog lamps provide significantly wider and more usable light coverage while maintaining full road-legal compliance.
The result is one of the most effective fog lighting upgrades available for vehicles equipped with OE fog lamp housings.
High-Performance Optical Design
Custom Toroidal Lens Optic
The Elite Series fog light uses a single-piece toroidal lens engineered for exceptional beam distribution.
-
80-degree beam width
-
Smooth light distribution
-
Extremely sharp cutoff to reduce glare
-
BMW-style color band at the upper edge of the beam pattern
This advanced optic delivers some of the widest and most controlled fog lighting available.
Multi-Die Automotive LED Emitters
High-power emitters paired with full copper circuit boards deliver up to 5× more usable output than factory halogen fog lights.
Select Your Light Color
Cool White – 6000K
Provides a crisp white output that matches most LED headlights and DRLs.
Selective Yellow – 3000K
Ideal for rain, snow, and fog conditions thanks to improved contrast and reduced glare.
The yellow option uses true yellow emitters paired with a yellow lens, maximizing output efficiency instead of filtering white light.
Integrated Amber Backlight
Each Elite Series fog lamp includes a built-in amber accent backlight that illuminates the lens for a distinctive appearance.
-
Designed to match sidemarkers or parking lights
-
Connects to any 12V constant power source
-
Automatically turns off when the main beam activates
Always check local regulations regarding accent lighting usage.
OE-Style Bolt-On Installation
Elite Series Type MR Fog Lamps install as a direct replacement for many OEM fog lamp housings.
