X3B05 uses six red brake-light optics in a piano-black housing. The optional X3B01 rapid-flash module is sold separately.

Before you order
Is this a pair of tail lights?
No. This is one cab-mounted third brake-light assembly.
Which lamp fits a 2016–2023 Tacoma?
Use X3B05 for the listed Access Cab application and X3B10 for Double Cab. The cab style matters more than the year alone.
Is the rapid-flash module included?
No. The standard lamp connects without it; X3B01 is a separate optional module.
Do both cab styles install the same way?
No. The illustrated Access Cab procedure uses outside screws. The Double Cab procedure reaches two retaining nuts behind the rear headliner.
