X3B10 combines red brake-light optics with white cargo/bed illumination in one cab-mounted housing. The optional X3B01 module adds rapid-flash behaviour and is sold separately.

Is this a pair of tail lights?
No. This is one cab-mounted third brake-and-bed-light assembly.
Which lamp fits a 2016–2023 Tacoma?
Use X3B05 for the listed Access Cab application and X3B10 for Double Cab. The cab style matters more than the year alone.
Is the rapid-flash module included?
No. The standard lamp connects without it; X3B01 is a separate optional module.
Do both cab styles install the same way?
No. The illustrated Access Cab procedure uses outside screws. The Double Cab procedure reaches two retaining nuts behind the rear headliner.
