A kit built around the job
Choose the beam for the terrain
Combo blends reach and spread; Driving concentrates more light ahead. Both are auxiliary off-road configurations, not an automatic street-legal upgrade.
Separate main and accent lighting
White SS5 versions have eight selectable backlight colours. Yellow SS5 versions have an Amber-only backlight. The main beam remains White or Yellow as selected.
A vehicle-specific mounting system
The DD7612P brackets position a pair of SS5 pods in the lower bumper. The supplied harness supports the main beam and separate accent function.

Plan the installation before you begin
Remove the required lower-bumper trim and handle any parking sensors as shown in the guide. Trim the plastic grille around the indicated openings, fit the brackets and two pods, then reinstall the removed parts. Route the fused relay harness safely and aim the lamps. Cabin-switch installation may require a panel opening and firewall routing; check the guide before starting.

Manufacturer figures are per individual pod, not kit totals. Peak intensity, measured lumens and raw emitter lumens describe different things; a higher total lumen figure does not mean a higher peak candela figure for every optic.
Diode Dynamics provides a limited lifetime warranty for this product for eligible purchases from April 15, 2025. Commercial, industrial and fleet use is limited to 8 years. After the first 3 years, covered products require return for inspection and repair or replacement at the manufacturer’s discretion. Coverage applies to the specified lamp or component; bundled wiring and accessories follow their own published terms. Keep proof of purchase. Manufacturer approval and an RMA are required before return; labor and normal wear are excluded. Shipping obligations vary by location. Before you order
Does it require trimming?
Yes. The written guide requires trimming the lower plastic grille. It is not a no-modification installation.
Does it work with active shutters or a Stealth light bar?
No. The manufacturer excludes lower active shutters and the Stealth Bumper Lightbar Kit.
Do Yellow lamps have eight backlight colours?
No. Eight selectable accent colours apply to White SS5 versions. The Yellow lens versions have Amber-only backlighting.
Is the Driving option automatically street legal?
No. These SS5 auxiliary bumper configurations are for off-road use where permitted. A Driving beam name does not establish on-road approval.
What warranty applies?
Eligible lamps have a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty. Commercial, industrial and fleet use is limited to 8 years. Bundled wiring and accessories follow their own published terms. Keep proof of purchase and contact BTS for assistance; complete manufacturer terms apply.
