Before installation
Use the connector arrangement for the original halogen or LED headlights. Route the supplied DRL feed as instructed, test each function and adjust the installed beam aim. Other aftermarket signal lamps or LED bulb substitutions can cause hyperflash; verify the complete lighting combination.

Does LF501.2-ASM fit an F-150 Raptor?
No. This part is listed for 2018–2020 F-150 applications excluding Raptor. Match the body style and original headlight connections as well as the year.
Can the pair replace factory LED headlights as well as halogen lamps?
Both original configurations are listed. The installation guide identifies different connection arrangements for OEM halogen and OEM LED trucks, so use the appropriate wiring instructions.
How do the Gen II low and high beams operate?
All four projectors in each housing operate for low beam. Two of those projectors also operate as high beams. That optical arrangement is different from the earlier dedicated upper/lower low/high layout.
Are these the amber-DRL version?
LF501.2-ASM has white 5000K daytime running lights and separate amber turn signals. The amber-DRL model carries a different part-number suffix.
Can I choose a normal blinking turn signal?
Yes. The turn signal can operate sequentially or in conventional on/off mode. Configure and test both headlights according to the guide.
Will these prevent hyperflash with any aftermarket tail lights?
The guide warns that other aftermarket signal assemblies or LED bulbs can change circuit impedance and cause hyperflash or sequential-signal issues. Test the entire installed lighting combination.
