MORIMOTO SEALED3 · LF802.2
One compact lamp. Two beam functions.
Build around a standalone 90mm high/low-beam module when your installation needs a complete lamp without a surrounding vehicle-specific headlight shell. Check the actual mounting space, aiming hardware and wiring before choosing it.

A COMPLETE STANDALONE MODULE
For a mounting system you have verified
Compact projector optics
The 90mm form factor suits a planned custom or compatible mounting installation. A vehicle category alone does not prove direct fit.
A sealed housing
Die-cast aluminum and a polycarbonate lens provide the lamp structure. The manufacturer lists IP67 moisture resistance.
Aiming is part of the build
The listed vertical/lateral adjusters support an adjustable installation. You must provide a compatible mounting arrangement on the vehicle.

MEASURE BEFORE ORDERING
Mounting, connectors and adjustment
Use the correct drawing
Compare the LF802.2 outline, mounting points, rear clearance and connector arrangement with the intended installation. The 90mm format is not a promise of a universal bolt-in fit.
- Verify a secure mounting structure with adequate adjustment travel.
- Check the rear housing and wiring clearance.
- Match the supply, connector and beam-control wiring to the exact module.
- Check lamp operation and set the beam aim after installation.
The combined version uses a three-wire AMP input for its low/high functions; verify the actual connector and wiring assignment before connection.

BEFORE YOU BUILD
Sealed3 questions
Does one order contain two headlights?
No. This SKU supplies one 90mm lamp with the listed adjusters. Family comparison photos show different products, not the contents of a single order.
Will it fit my vehicle just because it uses a 90mm lamp?
Not necessarily. Compare mounting points, rear clearance, connectors, beam function and aiming provisions with the exact drawing.
Does LF802.2 include high beam?
Yes. LF802.2 combines low and high beam in one module.
Are vehicle brackets or a surrounding headlight shell included?
They are not listed. This standalone module requires a compatible mounting system.
Why are other Sealed3 lamps shown?
The labelled family comparison helps distinguish low-only and combined high/low versions. Each is a separate single-lamp product.
Can I install it without aiming?
No. Secure mounting and correct beam aim are essential parts of the installation.
